HIGH SCHOOL and College
Designed for high school and college athletes, this dynamic class will focus on enhancing speed, agility, explosiveness and athleticism under the expert guidance of our coaches. Through targeted drills, specialized exercises, and personalized coaching, participants will hone the essential skills needed to excel in their sport and be prepared to conquer their upcoming season!
Athletes also have the option to add our Open Lift Membership. With this add-on, athletes gain access to a comprehensive workout regimen crafted by our coaches or they can follow the program from their university strength coach.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
UNBREAKABLE
Setting a firm foundation for speed training, weight training, and coordination is important. Knowing how to move and lift properly is crucial to the long term success and health for any athlete; That is UNBREAKABLE! This program is designed to help your athlete become "unbreakable" and to fall in love with training!
UNBREAKABLE is designed for all middle school aged athletes (6th - 8th grade) with the primary focuse on linear acceleration, change of direction, running mechanics, multi-directional movements, force absorption, plyometric work, & intro to strength training.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
UNSHAKABLE
For our elementary school athletes, we have designed a program keeping you in mind! In this class, young athletes will learn the athleticism they need to become confident and capable on the field or court.
We focus on building coordination, resilience, and athleticism to mold each athlete to become unshakable in the face of challenges and setbacks. Through fun and engaging drills and exercises, your child will develop a love of sports and fitness while building valuable life skills that will serve them well on and off the field.
