Our goal is to give athletes all the tools they need to become the best athletes they can be. We coach based off of the principle "athletes won't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." The more the athlete trusts you, the harder they will work for you. We desire to build a relationship with every single athlete. We want to be more than just their strength and conditioning coach. Relationships are how you transform yourself, transcend limitations, procedure results..and is a huge proponent of life.
Our desire is to teach athletes to use their God-given talents and skills to the best of their abilities. We build each program specific to the individual (or group/team). It is all catered around what the athletes' goals are, their sport(s), and what we as the coaches see they need improvement on. No athlete was created the same, so no athlete should have the same exact training program. H.E.A.T uses elite training and techniques that will make athletes stand out on and off the field. We can't count ourselves successful unless the athletes are successful. That is why we train, and that is why we always bring the H.E.A.T.
"When coaches are engaged and proactive, athletes and teams perform at higher levels. The bonds you form with your athletes can have a tremendous impact: athletes view the relationship with their coach as the top factor in their success. Since sport helps athletes gain important life skills, this influence often extends far beyond the field of play"-USA Weightlifting
how we got started
Kyle started Henley Elite Athlete Training in 2012 to continue his passion in assisting athletes to reach their best potential. Kyle graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a focus on sports performance. He spent time working in the fitness industry, mostly working with athletes, before feeling led to start H.E.A.T. Kyle feels strongly that each athlete is unique in his/her training methods and type of athlete he or she is. He finds it important to train/treat each athlete as fitting for that person, no two athletes are created equal.
