College Athletes
In this dynamic class, athletes will focus on enhancing their speed and agility under the expert guidance of our certified coaches. Through targeted drills, specialized exercises, and personalized coaching, participants will hone the essential skills needed to excel in their sport. But that's not all! Athletes also have the option to supercharge their training with our Open Lift Membership. With this add-on, athletes gain access to a comprehensive workout regimen crafted by our coaches. Additionally, they have the freedom to customize their training sessions, focusing on specific areas of improvement unique to their sport and personal goals. At H.E.A.T, we believe in empowering athletes to reach their full potential. Whether you're sprinting down the field, cutting through opponents on the court, or racing towards victory on the track, our College Performance Class is designed to elevate your game to new heights.
UNSTOPPABLE is designed for high school athletes with the goal of enhancing the overall athleticism of your child. From strength training, to speed and agility training and even coordination drills; we'll have your athlete primed and ready to conquer their next season! Setting a firm foundation for speed training, weight training, and coordination is important. Knowing how to move and lift properly is crucial to the long term success and health of your athlete. That is what UNBREAKABLE is for - to help your athlete become "unbreakable" and to fall in love with training and improving! UNBREAKABLE is for athletes 6th-8th grade. We offer a 2x/week, 1x/week or a punch card option for this program. Click below for more details!
"UNSHAKABLE," is the sports performance class for elementary-aged children! In this class, young athletes will learn the athleticism they need to become confident and capable on the field or court. We'll focus on building coordination, resilience, and athleticism to mold each athlete to become unshakable in the face of challenges and setbacks. Through fun and engaging drills and exercises, children will develop a love of sports and fitness while building valuable life skills that will serve them well on and off the field. Soccer skills training with Ryan (US Soccer level A) will be available Mondays and Wednesdays from July 1st - July 31st, 8am - 12pm. The ability to move the ball well and shoot effectively are important in the game of soccer. The players will be able to grow their ability to control the ball well and take their game to the next level! These sessions will be set up for 1-3 athletes in a session and are on a first come, first serve basis. Make sure you email us to reserve a time slot!
Tanner Maddocks is quarterback at Villanova University and has been training at H.E.A.T for many years.
We are excited to have him this June to offer Quarterback training to our athletes! Hours will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. One hour time slots will be available for 1-3 athletes in a session and are on a first come, first served basis.
Avrey Grimm is a running back at Lebanon Valley College and has been training with our staff at H.E.A.T since high school! We are excited to have him on board with us this June to offer Running Back training to our athletes! One hour sessions will be available Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. These hour time slots will be available for 1-3 athletes in a session and are on a first come, first served basis.
Aubreigh Uba is a DEF/MID on Louisville's field hockey team.
We are very excited to have her at H.E.A.T this summer to train field hockey athletes! One hours time slots will be available Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. These sessions will be setup for 1-3 athletes in a session and are on a first come, first served basis.
Avery Wentzel is a defender for Duquesne University and had also trained with H.E.A.T.
We are very excited to have Avery at H.E.A.T this summer to provide girls lacrosse skills for our athletes! One hour time slots will be available Thursdays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, June 27th to August 1st (skipping July 4th). These sessions will be setup for 1-3 athletes in a session and are on a first come, first served basis!
