Mike is our strength and conditioning coach. Mike graduated from Shippensburg University with his bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters in Organizational Development and Leadership. While at Shippensburg, Mike played on their football team as an Offensive Lineman! He loves growing his knowledge in the strength and conditioning field and getting to know each athlete.
*Don't be deceived by Mike's joy of lifting heavy weights. His true passion lies in finger curls and the art of calf raises. While there seems to always be a bear behind him, there's no need for trying to save this Mr. Banks. |

Grant graduated from Temple University with his bachelors in athletic training and is a Certified Athletic Trainer! Grant also has his masters in multicultural education from Eastern University. After teaching sports medicine for years, he just made a switch to elementary physical education. Grant is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and is always down to chat!
*Grant enjoys all sports, but has a soft spot for the science behind the Olympic sport of curling. You can catch Grant enjoying the outdoors while chasing shooting stars. |
Gina Graduated from Eastern University with a degree in exercise science where she played basketball! Gina has worked with all walks of life in the exercise science industry; she has worked with athletes (obviously), in commercial fitness, and with elderly clientele. Gina loves anything health and fitness and spending time with her husband, Cole! She's always down to talk sports or get to know you!
*Contrary to her name, Gina never grew up on the sea, has never ridden a seahorse, and doesn't see a problem with ketchup on mac and cheese. |

Nick graduated from Slippery Rock University with his bachelors in exercise science pre PT in only 3 years! He is currently pursuing his doctor of physical therapy at Temple University. Nick is passionate about serving athletes and clientele coming off of injuries. He is always ready to start a conversation about whatever interests you!
*Nick enjoys studying the use of ATP and calcium in camelbacks. He used to have a secret identity of "scoobs," however, after finding a common mixup with scuba divers he decided to stick to "Nick." |
