Open Private is similar to "Strictly Private" however it allows for the ability of the coach to partner you up in a session with other athletes that have goals and/or needs assessment similar to yours (sessions are capped at 3 athletes). This can even be two athletes doing similar, but modified drills in the same session. There is no guarantee of all 1-on-1 sessions. There is also no guarantee that you'll have all your sessions with another athlete. It could be different every single session (although that is unlikely), or a mix of both- it's truly "open."

A 1-on-1 session between one of our coaches and the athlete. This program is a customized program that allows the athlete and the coach to work on sport and even position specific skills and techniques at a higher level, concentrating on the athlete's needs. The coach will design the program solely based on that athlete. No two athletes are alike-so no two athletes can train exactly the same. Private sessions allow for more flexibility with scheduling and progression

A private small group allows for athletes (2-4) with similar skill levels (friends, family, teammates, etc.) to receive the attention each individual needs. It also provides some competition within the training session. With more attention given to the athletes by the coach and a friendly, competitive environment between athletes; athletes are bound to succeed!
